Spa Elise Wholeness Center – Cancellation Policy

Spa Elise Wholeness Center requires prepayments for all non-insurance-funded services when booking. All services are expected to be prepaid. We also require a credit card at the time of booking to hold appointments and process copayments for insurance-funded services.

At Spa Elise Wholeness Center, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional care. To ensure the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellation
We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients.

Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of $50. This helps cover the time reserved for you and our staff’s availability.

No-Show Policy
If you miss your appointment without prior notice (a “no-show”), a fee of 100% of the service booked will be charged. This ensures that our schedule remains efficient for all clients.

Rescheduling
We are happy to help you reschedule your appointment. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees.

Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you’re unable to attend your appointment due to a legitimate emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the session given, you will be responsible for the "full" session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
